From Monday, December 29 through Wednesday, December 31, including the day of the Tokyo Daishoten (GI), TCK will host the 2025 TCK CLIMAX Ramen Daishoten, a gourmet event featuring popular ramen restaurants from all over Japan.

During the event, TCK will showcase 11 popular ramen restaurants from across Japan, including Niboshi Soba Tori Soba Ai, recognized in Michelin Guide Kyoto for five consecutive years and listed among Tabelog’s Top 100 in 2019 and 2023, and Sendai Quroku, which appeared in the Michelin Guide Miyagi (Sendai) 2017 special edition and earned Gold in Ramen Walker Miyagi 2025. Four additional vendors will add excitement to the ramen festival with gyoza, Taiwanese xiaolongbao, Nakatsu fried chicken, and a variety of beverages.
